Returns & Exchanges

EASY RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

We want you to be happy! If for any reason you do not love your purchase, please return the item in its original and unworn condition within 30 days of the postmarked delivery date for a full refund unless marked Final Sale.

Returns will be processed within 6-10 weekdays (not including holidays) after they have been received. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition within its original box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the postmarked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Reasons we may refuse the return include but are not limited to: if it has obviously been worn (e.g. sweat stains, grass stains, dirt stains, strong odors), if the matching panty is unwrapped, if it has been modified or altered, or if it has excessive animal hair that is unable to be removed. If your return is refused, we will ship the item back to you at no extra charge.

FREE SIZE EXCHANGES

Got the wrong size? We offer free size exchanges in the U.S.! Just email us the size you need at hello@mykissylife.com and send the wrong size back to us within 15 days of the postmarked delivery date. Any items received after the exchange period cannot be accepted. The exchanged item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and must be in its original box with the matching panty unwrapped. We cannot process exchanges for final sale items. Only U.S. orders are eligible for exchanges.
